Estate improvement budget

We have an estate improvement budget to spend on making environmental improvements to the external communal areas on our estates.

United Communities residents can make an application to fund improvements that make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of residents and communities where we have homes.

The budget can fund improvements that promote a sense of pride in the community, help to resolve anti social behaviour or address clean, green and safety issues.

This budget will not fund improvements to individual homes.

Estate improvement application packs can be downloaded from the documents and policies section on our website or collected in person from our office.  If you would like us to send you a pack in the post please call us on 942 4600.
