We want to update you on how we are responding to the Prime Minister’s announcement on Sunday evening to continue to deliver our services and support you.
Although the government has moved to a ‘stay alert’ message and new restrictions, we will not be making any immediate changes to the way we work and provide our services at this time.
• Our office remains closed to visitors
• Staff continue to work remotely
• We are not visiting residents unless it is an emergency
• We are carrying out emergency repairs only
• We are continuing to complete annual gas and electrical safety testing/servicing
• We are carrying out internal and external health & safety inspections for blocks of flats
Keeping you and your family safe
We take our responsibility of keeping residents safe in their home seriously. Carrying out the annual gas and electrical safety test is really important. It’s therefore vital that we can access your home to do this work. These are the main ways we can ensure you and your family are safe in your home. However, if you are self-isolating, please let us know and, we can re-arrange a safe time to carry out these essential services. Our contact details are below.
