Development Officer (Sales & Home Ownership) £26,394-£29,561

This role is all about developing and managing the processes, procedures and administration associated with all sales and development including land led new build development, S106 purchases, Right to Buy sales and property disposals, and plays an important role in expanding our Shared Ownership programme. We are looking for candidates who are particularly able to evidence experience in sales.

Service Charge & Income Officer £25,338 to £29,033

If you have experience of setting, monitoring and managing housing service charges and rent setting then you could be the person we are looking for. Working in our Finance Team you would play a key role in delivering a great service to our customers.

Compliance Administrator (part-time) £19,004-£20,587 (pro rata)

Interviews will be held on Monday 4 November

If you are looking for part-time work (3 hours per day, 5 days a week), have an eye for detail, with excellent Microsoft and strong communications skills then we’d love to hear from you. If you also have a background in health and safety or compliance, even better. You’d be joining a great team and making a real difference for our customers.

Temporary Administrator  £19,004-£20,587 (pro rata)
