Resident Engagement Officer

Salary: £28,000-£32,000
Application closing date: Monday 2 September
Interview date: Thursday 5 September

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team. We currently manage nearly 2,000 homes in and around Bristol and South Gloucestershire and have plans to expand in the local area.  We have a strong track record of providing great services in our communities and being a great place to work for our staff.

Our new Resident Engagement Officer will work collaboratively to implement and develop our strategies, plans and projects which improve opportunities for resident engagement.

At United Communities we are committed to delivering More than just a Roof which means going the extra mile for our customers; valuing the skills and experience that residents bring to us by ‘co-producing’ our services with them. We strive to have a positive impact on all our residents’ lives by providing good quality homes, a great service and vibrant communities.

We offer an excellent company pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement and the opportunity to develop and further your career.  More than that though, we offer the chance to really make a difference and be part of an organisation which may be small in size but big in ambition and reputation.

Interviews will be held on Thursday 5th September 2019

We strive to be an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from people who reflect the diversity of our communities
