Repairs Contract Manager

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 (pro rata)

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team. We currently manage nearly 2,000 homes in and around Bristol and South Gloucestershire and have plans to expand in the local area.  We have a strong track record of providing great services in our communities and being a great place to work for our staff.

We are looking for a passionate individual to work collaboratively to manage our responsive repairs and empty homes contract; maximise the benefits of the contract to our customers and stakeholders through the use of budgetary management, performance indicators and relationship management.

You must be a strong and positive communicator able to build good relationships with a wide range of people. A positive and proactive attitude to work is a must with an openness to change and an adaptable approach.
