Head of HR and Organisational Development

Salary: Up to £45k (pro-rata)
Application closing date: Tuesday 17 September
Interview date: Monday 23 September

Part-time – Four days a week (permanent)

If you are passionate about people then you could be the special person we are looking for.

Supporting the Chief Executive and being a positive and contributing member of the Strategic Leadership Team, you will implement current and future objectives for plans and projects in relation to organisational development, in addition to enabling culture change and driving forward our Communications to ensure we are maximising opportunities for our customers, colleagues and stakeholders.

You will also be the lead for HR, including learning and development and wellbeing, driving high levels of colleague engagement.

The role offers a real opportunity to contribute to the business strategy of an ambitious and values-driven organisation that is highly regarded in our communities and across Bristol. The contribution of HR is valued and innovation is positively encouraged in all areas. The team is friendly, welcoming and keen to learn – with great examples of how they work together to provide great customer service.

Our size and attitude mean we can make things happen quickly but does not hold us back from making a real difference for residents and colleagues and impact on the sector.

We’re looking for someone who is a creative, solution-focused thinker, with the confidence to engage and the knowledge and skills to be a positive and contributing colleague.
