Future Bright, Business Development Officer

Salary: £23,575-£24,600 (pro rata)

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team. We currently manage nearly 2,000 homes in and around Bristol and South Gloucestershire and have plans to expand in the local area.  We have a strong track record of providing great services in our communities and being a great place to work for our staff.

United Communities is part of the ‘Future Bright’ programme, a new service offering flexible options to improve clients’  job prospects and enhance their potential through one-to-one guidance and support.

As a business development officer your main role will be to establish and retain business growth opportunities with organisations and other partners to generate referrals for the project. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining these relationships and taking the lead in promoting the project to increase awareness throughout the local authority.

You will be required to attend events to network and promote the Future Bright brand, liaising with other business development teams from our partnering local authorities to ensure maximisation of opportunities.

You will be based in Bristol and should be able to work independentl whilst having the support of our Tenancy Impact Team.
