We are always looking for opportunities to develop new, well designed and affordable homes to help combat the housing shortage in the wider Bristol area, invest in our communities and encourage clean and safe neighbourhoods for our residents. We have an ambitious development programme in place with a varied pipeline including several innovative community-led schemes.

This role is all about developing and managing the processes, procedures and administration associated with all sales and development including land led new build development, S106 purchases, Right to Buy sales and property disposals, and plays an important role in expanding our Shared Ownership programme.

We’d love to hear from you if want to be part of a small but special team with a passion for making a difference for our customers.

We strive to be an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from people who reflect the diversity of our communities.
