Temporary Administrator

Salary: £18,540 - £20,085 FTE (25 Hours per week)
Application closing date: Friday 19 January

Join our growing community-based housing association in Bristol, who always try and go the extra mile for our residents. We currently manage nearly 2,000 homes in and around Bristol and South Gloucestershire and have plans to expand in the local area.  We have a strong track record of providing great services in our communities and being a great place to work for our staff.

We are looking for some temporary cover for up to 6 months for our Administrator who is covering another role during this period.

Our Administrator provides the first point of contact for our tenants and visitors as well as supporting all of us in maintaining a smooth running office.  However the role will also support the Compliance team and provide cover when needed.

Key tasks will include the provision of an effective and efficient reception and administration service as well as maintaining accurate and up to date records.  We will also expect you to give appropriate advice and support on routine Tenancy and Estate enquiries as well as deal with queries from our Home Repairs Service Partnership.

The successful candidate will be a good team worker and communicator who is well organised and can demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude to work.  Accuracy and attention to detail are also important.   A professional and enthusiastic approach to great customer services will be necessary as well as a commitment to delivering the ‘More than Just a Roof’ vision.

We offer an excellent company pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement and the opportunity to develop and further your career.  More than that though, we offer the chance to really make a difference and be part of an organisation which may be small in size but big in ambition and reputation.   If you are interested in joining our friendly team, please complete and return an application form which is available to download below.
