As is to be expected over the winter, more residents are using their boiler more regularly. We always experience a higher than normal demand on break down services provided by our repairs partner during this time of the year.
If you experience a problem with your boiler or hot water, repairs and replacements can take up to 14 days, in line with our policy. We would appreciate your patience during this time. Temporary heating will always be provided during this period and we will always work with our contractors to ensure that we minimise the time and disruption for residents.
If you do experience any issues with this process, please let us know as soon as possible so we can raise the issue directly with our contractors and work with them to improve the service.
