Compliance Tester - £21,00-£23,000

The Compliance Tester is responsible for weekly testing of United Communities communal areas to ensure that the we meet our targets and regulatory standards in such areas as AOV, fire alarm call points, domestic Legionella water temperature testing and asbestos periodic inspections. Working closely with our Compliance and Property Team, you will update and record inspections and also liaise with the relevant contractors.

Sales and Home Ownership Officer – Full Time - £25,750-£28,800

This is a new role for us and you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the processes and procedures associated with all sales and property disposals. As well as anticipating trends in a changing market, you will have a proven track record in delivering quality marketing and sales material and delivering a positive customer experience. Project management skills are a must as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A knowledge of affordable housing would be useful.

Development Project Coordinator – Full time - £21,00-£23,000

The role of Project Development Coordinator is to develop and administer the policies, procedures and processes needed to deliver our ambitious development strategy. Your varied workload will include production of sales and marketing material, visiting sites and working closely with your colleagues in the Housing and Finance team. Excellent IT skills including an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office and presentation skills are a must and knowledge of project planning and development would be helpful.
