Our Performance

To ensure we provide excellent customer services and deliver what we have promised, we measure ourselves against a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These have been developed in collaboration with our residents, staff and Board to allow us to closely monitor the areas of service that are important to you and improve to become the best we can be.
